We are very good at listening and learning about your needs. Those needs then become the framework for building a plan tailored for you.
Developing a Plan
Once you contact us, we schedule our initial assessment interview with a Board Certified Patient Advocate. This assessment interview may take an hour or more and can be done in person or via telephone or video call. After completion of the assessment, we then build an individualized plan for you.
Individualized Services
Our plans are custom to each individual. You have the choice as to how involved you want us to be. Our goal is to assist you in receiving care that best fits your needs, all while removing some of the stress that comes with using healthcare systems. We make no medical decisions but will provide you with the information you need to make an informed, educated decision about your health. From healthcare navigation to billing and insurance, we customize a plan to fit your needs.
